Investigations represent the cornerstone of our business model. Every investigation follows a structured methodology that includes intake, planning, evidence collection, witness interviews, analysis, findings, recommendations, and reporting. Deliverables are designed to withstand legal, administrative, and labor scrutiny.

Promotional Testing

Our team has participated in more than 50 assessment centers across multiple departments giving us the knowledge that assessments should identify future leaders through fair, transparent, and defensible processes. Promotional testing and assessment services include written examinations, oral boards, assessment centers, leadership simulations, scenario-based exercises, candidate evaluations, and promotional consulting.  We support promotional processes for Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain, Battalion Chief, Assistant Chief, and Fire Chief recruitment efforts.
